Collective Agreement

If you are currently employed by the University of Windsor as a Teaching or Graduate Assistant you are a member of CUPE Local 4580.

Your working conditions are set out in a legally binding document called a Collective Agreement. The Employer and the Union are bound by the provisions set out there in.
In order to protect and defend your legal entitlement as an employee, you are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the provisions in this Collective Agreement. Should you experience a violation of the provisions outlined herein please contact a Union Representative as soon as possible so the violation can be rectified.

The local bylaws are the set of rules that govern the operation of our Local 4580 Union. These rules should not be confused with the Collective Agreement working conditions.
